CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using a dry microfibre cloth, lightly wipe (rubbing hard may scratch)
2. Make a cleaning solution using warm water and a tad of dish soap
3. Dampened microfibre cloth with cleaning solution (do not soak)
2. Wipe acrylic gently in straight lines (do not do circular motions)
3. Use a fresh microfibre cloth to remove residue and dry

1. Provide your logo (perferably SVG) by email to: info@cocoetnoir.ca
2. Put your order number in the subject, along with your order details (i.e. frame colour, logo colour)
3. Leave your email below along with your contact number
 
ORDER PROCESS:
Once your order is received and we have received your logo, we will begin your order. We will design a mock up of your order and email it back to you for your review and approval. Once approved we will design and ship your order. Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks. Typically orders get made and shipped out faster, but we can not guarantee anything faster than a 2-3 week order processing time. Please contact us directly if you need something sooner.
